Consulting Services

Consulting is the critical and necessary first phase of all BroadReach integrated solutions. Its objective is to expedite and ensure strong sales pipeline and revenue growth by establishing the strategic platform, program structure and expected outcomes for the engagement. Generally, the Consulting consists of five primary elements:

1. Examination. We determine insights from your business functions of current and desired business states, then test against interviews with customers and targeted accounts. This facilitates understanding of your specific sales processes and cycles.

2. Assessment. We analyze current state and differences between real and perceived marketplace reputation. Identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. We then underlay gap analyses of strategy, process, market perception and competitive positioning.

3. Approach Building. We map the blueprint for the sales execution program and our integration into sales, marketing and management processes. This includes workshops to define market positioning, segment targets and engage prospects.

4. Design. We define the program structure to be executed by BroadReach, i.e. integration process, program metrics and working relationship between us and your staff.

5. Knowledge Validation. We communicate to team members how the sales strategy will be implemented. This includes on-boarding and orientation with your team and seamless program launch and execution.
