Scott Willard
Founder and CEO

Scott Willard has spent his entire professional life in new business development. He started his career in sales at IBM in the General Systems Division, where he moved through the ranks to a location manager position. During his tenure, he was recognized multiple times for his sales and sales leadership achievements.

After leaving IBM, Scott became President of Burlington Systems, a startup medical billing firm, where he grew the business over four years to the point where it was recognized as one of the premier companies of its kind.

Following that experience, Scott founded CNS Group, an IT consulting firm focused on system integration and networking. He successfully grew that business over 15 years and ultimately sold it to a private equity group. Scott founded BroadReach Partners while managing the CNS Group.

Relationship-based, consultative new business selling has been a critical component in every step of Scott’s career. Using that experience, he has assembled a team of experienced professionals who are uniquely qualified to assist BroadReach clients in identifying, qualifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Michele Belperron
Partner

Michele began her career in sales in the early days of the distributed computing marketplace. As that business became more sophisticated, she successfully leveraged her considerable consultative skills in multiple sales and sales management roles, primarily with ENTEX Information Services (now Siemens). She then joined Siebel Systems’ Financial Services division, where she thrived working with enterprise software sales and marketing executives.

Returning to the consulting space, Michele joined Quixi, a software and professional services firm focused on CRM adoption by sales forces and its correlation to sales effectiveness. In 2003, seeking an opportunity to combine her dual passions of consulting and sales, she landed at BroadReach Partners.
